Candidate must be fluent in English and willing to take on multiple assignments including Manage Appointments, Followup with clients for payments, Followup for Sales closures, HR policies, Organizing HR events in company, and Hiring to name a new. Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently. Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents. Follow up with clients for payments and maintain payment records. Follow up with the sales team and clients to support sales closures.
