Job Description

Job Role :- To assist MD in making strategy and decision making not only india but globally where the operations are existing and create new opportunities for the organization- To act as the go-to-person for all the Country Heads of global locations, R&D and category HODs, and other department HODs for timely decision making by the MD. Lead multiple process Improvement initiatives (Business Excellence projects). Product pricing for new launches, key customers and for all proactive/reactive/defensive R&D projects for individual countries, Business analysis and MIS reporting for the Monthly Review Meetings. To assist in approval of all major capital expenditures for Global production and R&D facilities (13 locations) from MD's office. To accompany MD in important meetings in India and abroad , Global Sales Coordination for JV companies as well as for key clients. Monitor KPIs of major production locations - on daily basis. Coordinate for all the New product developments with R&D and liaison with Global category team for progress and launch timelines.Global country review and top projects review every month and troubleshooting of critical issues To review all R&D projects on monthly basis and screening project for Technology Transfer to manufacturing sites. With increasing focus on natural colors, working directly with key vendors for Global contracts finalization along with purchase team. Yearly Opex and Capex budget analysis for all Global locations, getting them approved from MD and monitoring the progress on quarterly basis. Key Skill sets : Business Analysis / Financial Analysis.
