Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient in managing multiple tasks, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee administrative duties such as expense management and office coordination. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment. High level of discretion and professionalism.
