Manage and organize the leadership's calendar, appointments, and schedules
Coordinate and schedule internal & external meetings

Minutes of Meetings (MoM)

Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams
Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor at all times
