Job Title: Executive Assistant, Chairman's Office (Business Planning & Strategic Advisory) Location: Headquarters, MG Road, Bengaluru About Us: Join a team of business advisory experts at the heart of decision-making. As part of the Chairman's office, you will be instrumental in supporting and executing high-level business strategies, planning, and advisory functions that shape the future of our company. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Projects: Assist the Chairmans Office in driving strategic and business initiatives across various functions. Data Analysis & Reports: Generate analytical reports, ensuring data interpretation aligns with business strategies and objectives. Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies on internal projects to provide actionable insights. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders, manage relationships, and ensure effective communication of progress, action items, and outcomes. Business Planning & Strategic Advisory: Play a key role in business planning and delivering strategic advice to management and leadership. Management Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and action plans for board meetings, management reviews, and other leadership-level discussions. Miscellaneous Support: Provide administrative support as required, assisting with other matters related to the Chairman’s office. Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Engineering Graduate Full-time Post Graduate qualification from IIM’s Experience: 2-5 years of experience in corporate business planning, strategic advisory, or related roles Proven expertise in stakeholder management Skills & Expertise: Data Analysis: Expert in data analysis, interpretation, and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner. Business Planning: Strong experience in business planning, execution, and supporting strategic initiatives. Research Expertise: Skilled in both primary and secondary research. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. Reporting & Presentations: Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for board reviews and management meetings. Project Management: Strong follow-up and action plan implementation for business and strategic projects.
