Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and stay organized.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle daily office tasks including documentation, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
  • Assist the team with administrative work and coordination.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
  • Support HR, accounts, or sales teams with routine tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: BA pass or Graduate.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Pleasant personality and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Experience in data management and report preparation is an added advantage.
