Manage the tender process, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups to secure contracts. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities in non-trade sectors and assist in developing strategies to tap into these markets. Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation for tender submissions. Engage with clients, understand their needs in the non-trade segment, and provide relevant information or solutions. Maintain accurate records of tender documents, contracts, and client interactions for reference and analysis.
