Position:- Executive - Admin & Facility Location:- Gurgaon Experience:- 4+ years Qualification:- Any graduate The Admin/Facility Executive will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facility operations, and vendor coordination. Key duties include query management, payment tracking, and data reporting, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. This role ensures smooth office operations by managing facility-related tasks and supporting administrative functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Query Management: Handle queries with timely responses and corrective actions. Facility & Admin Support : Manage tasks related to printers, lease registration, maintenance, GST/TDS queries, mobile/telephone services, vendor payments, utilities, and office maintenance (AC, CCTV, fire extinguishers, etc.). Oversee office/store setup, relocation, and housekeeping/security services. Payment Tracking: Monitor payments for rent, maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, security, and office supplies. MIS & Reporting: Maintain MIS reports, prepare PPTs, draft emails, and submit regular updates to the Head Office (HO). Vendor & Asset Management : Manage vendor registrations, payments, and office assets. Skills & Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Administration or Facility Management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and email drafting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with vendor management and facility logistics.
