Roles and Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks, including office administration, vendor coordination, and manpower management. Provide support to the team through effective labor management and office assistance. Ensure smooth back office operations by handling various functions such as communication skills, data entry, MIS reporting, and record maintenance. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role or related field (back office operations). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.A/B.Sc./B.Com.). Excellent communication skills in English language; proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently.
