Executive Accounts

As an Accounts Executive at our company, your role will involve preparing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule, with input from the accounting department. You will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions, conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, and preparing budget forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and issues that require management's attention - Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices when necessary - Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct regular ledger maintenance - Ensure financial data confidentiality and perform database backups as needed - Manage statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and PF - Handle the working of GST, TDS, and filing of returns on due dates - Ensure timely closure of statutory audit and resolve audit queries - Finalize individual accounts and prepare computation of income tax returns - Prepare monthly and periodical financial MIS reports Qualifications Required: - Experience with Real estate project accounting - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, partners, and vendors - Ability to work independently and with professional discretion - Proficiency in Farvision / SAP If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please email your CV to hr@signatureglobal.in.
