1.To keep the management informed of the financial scenario of the organization
2.Maintain confidentiality of financial matters of the hospital. To ensure that all the financial norms should be within the framework of the hospital policies and procedures and should also comply with the statutory requirements, to ensure that all the financial statements and books of accounts are updated regularly
3.Ensure proper system & process for accounting payment to vendor, outsource service agencies, contractors, etc. within stipulated period as per the contract with the respective supplier
4.Ensure proper accounting of petty cash & imprest handling monitoring income.
5.Clinical releact operation preparation of BLB Januias
6.To send monthly reports on above mentioned points to the management along with suggestions.
7.Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.
8.If required, prepare financial reports as per requirements for other income monitoring.
9.Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests.
10.Revenue Reconciliation Tally vs Kare Xpert.
11.Trust-related work as & when needed.
12.Confirmation of billing for patient record.
13.GST & TDS return filling
