Job Description

As a Supervisor Site execution at MRU sites, you will be responsible for: - Having a good Knowledge of Manufacturing process, NDT techniques, and reading drawings for Static, Rotary, and Piping equipment. - Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities. - Ensuring efficient Documents control and Record management for site execution activities. - Being familiar with Baan/ERPLN for manufacturing and Quality Management system. - Understanding industrial safety guidelines and managing HSE protocols such as TBT and Safety records at the site. - Leading and supervising a team of 150 workmen during shifts. - Maintaining On-Time Delivery (OTD) while upholding first-grade safety and quality standards. - Having awareness of ISO, WMS, TPM standards. - Being adaptable to advanced Manufacturing techniques and digitalization in Manufacturing processes.
