Position: FLO - Dispatch Job Band - A Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive/AM -Dispatch No. of Posts: 2 (Two ) Department: Dispatch Reporting to: Manager / Sr. Manager Qualification: Essential: Candidate should have Bachelor degree inany stream from recognized institute. Desired: MBA/PG / Diploma in supply chainmanagement / Material Management / / Business Administration, or a relatedfield form any reputed institution. Experience: Essential: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience ina dispatch, logistics, or transportation role in any Manufacturing or serviceindustries. Desirable: Experience in Best Manufacturing process. Strong knowledge of dispatch software and GPS trackingsystems. Knowledge of transportation regulations specific to theregion. Customer service experience. Job Profile: Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment toappropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. Monitor vehicle and driver performance to ensure timelydeliveries. Adjust dispatch schedules as necessary to accommodateunexpected events like traffic delays, weather conditions, or urgent orders. Shipment Tracking: Track the status of dispatched orders and provide real-timeupdates to customers and relevant teams. Use tracking systems and software to monitor and documentall shipments. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, includingdriver logs, delivery times, and customer interactions. Ensure all dispatch documents, such as bills of lading anddelivery receipts, are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations andsafety standards. Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies regardingvehicle use and driver conduct.
