Exciting Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist - Home Security (International Voice) - Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via international voice channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our home security systems, guiding customers through solutions effectively. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. What We Are Looking For: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice support role. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a neutral accent and strong active listening abilities. Technical aptitude and a basic understanding of technology; prior experience with home security systems is a plus. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and be available 24*7 , including night shifts . Flexibility to work on a 5-day working schedule with rotational offs .
