Title - US Recruiter (Management Trainee) Shift - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night shift) Location - Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from Office) Looking for : Bachelor's/Master's degree with with Engineering/Pharma/Life Science/Science Background only (Do not apply if you have B.com/BBA/MBA/BCom/M.com background) Excellent English communication (Must have completed their education completely) Willing to work in the night shift & willing to start their career into US Recruitment. Must have basic knowledge & understanding of recruitment process Ready to work with pressure and achieve the targets within the specific time limit. Role & Responsibilities : Understand the job/Client requirement. Source resumes from various job boards , Screen the profiles and shortlist the profiles. Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer negotiation. Work along with Leads and manager to achieve the target in certain time frame.
