Dear All, Looking for candidate would hold a masters in computer science (Preference to MTech/ME, but open to evaluate M.Sc. (IT) and MCA), should have 3- 4 year of experience in software development or as Technical Analyst, should be strong in mathematics with a good understanding of DSA, RDBMS, Graphs and one OOP language like C#, Java or C++. A certification in cloud development would be an added advantage. Develop and own the product roadmaps and manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities , concept to launch Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals to develop a winning product strategy Develop User Experience and requirement Definition: Work with Design and Engineering team to develop high quality PRDs and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing and Senior Leadership team for New idea generation, to set priorities and achieve product goals through deep understanding of market, product vision and positioning Conduct quantitative product data as well as metrics through market research to identify customer needs and market gaps Analyze the collected market metrics and synthesizes the market research data & competition to define the new product features. • Active monitoring on User metrics and feedback post launch and iterate rapidly Create support and training documents for internal and external users Requirements Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role is preferable • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle Hands-on experience with web technologies • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello • Good communication & Analytical skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams Key Sills Expected: • Strong Organizational & Leadership skills Demonstrated ability to interface at multiple levels of an organization and across functional groups to clearly articulate priorities and deliverables Familiarity with market research, consumers behaviour and marketing techniques Should be able to converse the language of developers, System Architects and Devops Strong time management & Decision Making skills • Prior experience in Development or Product management is a plus • Experience in working for startups or high growth product organization is preferred.
