About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties — you’ll play a key part in client communication, product demonstrations, and relationship management, helping to present our company and software solutions with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, client demos, and company events.

2. Client Interaction & Demonstrations

  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Assist in client onboarding and ensure a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Help the executive convince and convert leads by effectively communicating value propositions.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive, clients, and internal departments.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit emails, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

4. Project & Task Management

  • Track progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Conduct market or client research and compile insights for decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a client-facing support role.
  • Experience conducting software demos or working with SaaS/hospitality software is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate software products confidently.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential matters.
