Excavator Sales Specialist ( North and West Region)

Job Description

10-12 years of Experience in Construction Industry and good Product knowledge of 20 ton Excavator and Sales to such customers (Retail as well as Corporates) Sales planning and implementing Strategies to achieve sales Targets . Experience in Customer relationship Management / Client service skills Managing direct and Indirect Sales Team of Dealers. Good written and verbal communication skills and computer knowledge . Willingness to travel and work with Regional Sales Team / Dealer sales Team in North East India 2-week field travel expected every month. Role and Responsibility: Sales Strategy Development of business Plan and Sales Strategy/ forecast for the targeted Market to achieve sales goal. Territory and Dealer sales Team Development Improving the participation rate and Conversion ratio of Excavator Customer Relationship Management -Retail and Corporate /Key accounts Develop plans to acquire new customers or Clients Identify Emerging Markets and segments/applications Product Marketing Strategy : Participation in Demonstration of Product in various application. Lead Conversion from numerous Marketing channels Finance Engagement through Financers meet . Field Study for Product Comparison and application study for site feedback . Customer Engagement through Customer meet /Road show /Exhibitions /Plant Visit Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Provide regular updates and reports on account activities, sales performance, and market trends. Construction Industry and Competition update and knowledge.
