Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans. Content Creation & Publishing Design or coordinate visual and written content for posts, reels, stories, and ads. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms. Platform Management Manage day-to-day activity across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Community Engagement Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and DMs promptly. Build a loyal online community and handle feedback positively. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions). Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Collaboration Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and sales/marketing teams. Work with influencers and partners for brand collaborations or campaigns. Ad Campaigns Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube. Optimize ad spend based on performance data. Trend Monitoring Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and viral content formats. Use trending topics to keep the brand relevant and engaging. Crisis Management Handle social media crises, negative comments, or PR issues with professionalism and strategy.
