Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver EVS lessons as per curriculum guidelines (NCERT/CBSE/School Curriculum).
• Use activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-based teaching strategies.
• Promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and real-life connections.
• Encourage curiosity through experiments, observations, field visits, and nature-based activities.
• Integrate cross-curricular concepts with English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

B. Student Assessment

• Conduct formative and summative assessments as per the academic calendar.
• Prepare worksheets, assignments, projects, and evaluation rubrics.
• Maintain accurate student performance records.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where needed.

C. Classroom Management

• Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Manage behaviour through positive reinforcement and clear expectations.
• Ensure active participation of all students in group work and hands-on activities.

D. Curriculum & Academic Duties

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and digital learning materials.
• Contribute to term planning, syllabus breakdown, and exam preparation.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and professional development.

E. Environmental Activities & School Engagement

• Lead eco-club activities, plantation drives, recycling projects, etc.
• Organize educational field trips related to environment and social awareness.
• Plan assemblies, exhibitions, and science/environment fairs.
• Support whole-school sustainability initiatives.

F. Communication & Professional Conduct

• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress.
• Maintain professional behaviour and adhere to school policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
