About the Role We’re looking for a thoughtful and customer-first Sales Executive to lead in-store interactions with clarity, care, and confidence. You’ll guide clients through our collections, understand their needs, and create a purchase experience that feels personal and lasting. This role blends product expertise with emotional presence — helping customers feel seen, supported, and certain in every decision. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary touchpoint for walk-in and appointment-based clients, offering an attentive, consultative, and empathetic experience Confidently present jewellery collections — articulating design stories, product value, material differences, and styling suggestions Understand customer needs and guide them toward meaningful purchases, special orders, or personalised pieces Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and occasion-based communication Collaborate with store managers and stylists on display curation, upselling strategies, and in-store activations Coordinate custom orders, repairs, exchanges, and after-sale care with precision and timely communication Ensure smooth execution of billing, documentation, and order entries across digital and manual systems Contribute to store visual standards — ensuring every counter reflects elegance, clarity, and brand consistency Mentor junior sales staff and support their development by sharing insights and best practices Meet personal and store-level sales targets with discipline, attention to detail, and collaborative effort Requirements 1–4 years of experience in premium/luxury retail or client-facing sales (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle preferred) Proven ability to build rapport, listen actively, & convert interactions into trust-based sales Strong verbal and interpersonal skills — fluency in English and Telugu required; Hindi is a bonus Comfortable working with billing software, inventory systems, and CRM tools Availability on weekends and key festive periods (compensatory offs provided) Composed, well-presented, and emotionally intelligent under pressure A genuine interest in jewellery, customer psychology, and the art of luxury selling What You’ll Gain The opportunity to represent a modern luxury brand rooted in design and detail Access to ongoing training in jewellery, clienteling, and retail strategy Performance-linked incentives and milestone bonuses A structured growth path to senior sales roles, training lead, or store manager positions A workplace that values sincerity, consistency, and thoughtful communication Why Join Evol At Evol, sales is not a transaction.
