Preventive maintenance and problem resolution acumen for stability of application performance. 5. Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organizations identity management system. 6. Involve into IAM projects from start to end and able to provide project plans, coordinating with resources, and managing project timelines. 7. Work with IT department, operation department, and application teams to understand access requirements. 8. Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks. 9. Managing complete users life cycle management in IAM system. 10. Monitoring user activity in the identity and access management system. 11. Reporting on various identity and access management system activities. 12. Working and coordinating with onsite IAM team on various activities. 13. Documenting IAM processes and procedures including network diagrams, policies, SOP, incident report etc. 14. Understand the various IAM tools and technologies available and be able to recommend solutions that will meet the companys need. 15. Review vulnerabilities scan report & assist teams for security points closure. 16. Interactive with other teams in IT & Risk departments for effective handling of requirements, compliance, concerns etc. 17. IAM Product version upgrade, firmware upgrade & patch management to the stable released by OEM. 18. Help team to troubleshoot the issues at initial stage. If it is severe issue then escalate to OEM and get the resolution. 19. Independently able to implement, configure and maintain IAM systems as per requirement. 20. Call management related to IAM system. 21. Delegate tasks to teams and set deadlines 22. Team management, Vendors/SI management 23. Conduct review meeting with vendors/SI 24. Coordinate with PMO team for resource and invoice management. 25. Proficiency in Single Sign On solution. Critical competencies :- a. Strong understanding of identity management principles, including LDAP, Active Directory, and federated identity management. b. Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows etc.). c. In-depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, HTTPS etc.). d. Strong knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, RestAPI etc. e. Experience with any IAM solution. f. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. g. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. h. Team player with a positive attitude. Key Interactions a. BE/BTech/Graduate (Engineering Stream, Computer Science or Information Technology) of 6 years experience with good team management capabilities b.
