In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design high-impact pages & forms that load fast, look great on any device, and guide visitors to clear calls-to-action (demos, lead-gen, newsletter, etc.). Own the UI/UX cycle : translate business goals into wireframes → hi-fidelity mock-ups → dev-ready assets, iterating from user feedback and A/B tests. Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, and engineering teams to ship new features and continuously improve existing pages. Build for measurability : Learn and set up events in GA4/Tag Manager, define conversion funnels, and use data to prioritize design tweaks. Champion best practice in accessibility (WCAG), SEO, page-speed optimisation, and modern front-end standards. Stay current on design trends and emerging tools, sharing insights that keep our sites ahead of the curve. Requirements: Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Eye for detail, strong typography/layout fundamentals, and an iterative, data-driven mindset. Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design. Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication—you can justify design choices to both developers and non-design stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing recent web design projects.
