Key Responsibilities Conduct client product presentations, demonstrations, and ERP workshops for Odoo & ERPNext. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across domains (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.). Translate client requirements into functional specifications for the technical/development team. Work closely with developers to ensure solutions meet client expectations. Support pre-sales activities , including proposal preparation, solution pitching, and responding to client queries. Manage end-to-end client interactions during requirement gathering, implementation planning, and training. Travel to client sites as needed for demos, requirement analysis, and ERP go-lives. Required Skills & Experience 3 to 6 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo/ERPNext experience mandatory). Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Procuremexperience with ERP implementation, configuration, and functional testing . Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory). Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently in a startup environment and manage multiple clients. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations.
