Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and execute product launches, promotional, and experiential events end-to-end. Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics efficiently.
-Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee on-site management to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences.
-Stay updated with industry trends to implement innovative event concepts.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple corporate events simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
