Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager – Event Management Location: Chandigarh Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing event management team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events, excellent client handling skills, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and social gatherings. Pitch services to clients through presentations, meetings, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure client expectations are met. Attend industry events and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility. Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the event management or related industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management and presentation skills. Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
