Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Sales Executive based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, generating sales leads, and converting them into profitable sales. The role requires identifying and understanding clients' AV needs, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Event Sales Executive will work closely with the operations team to coordinate and deliver equipment and services as per client requirements.

Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, and ability to generate leads and close sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in the audio-visual equipment rental industry or related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
