Event Promoter & Lead Generation Executive: Job Description: Event Promoter & Lead Generation ExecutiveDepartment: School Marketing & Outreach Location: Maharashtra (Field Role) About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and energetic Event Promoter & Lead Generation Executive who will represent our brand in schools, conduct awareness activities, manage student–parent engagement events, and generate high-quality leads for admissions and workshops. Key Responsibilities1. School Marketing & OutreachVisit assigned schools daily for branding, networking & relationship-building. Conduct classroom presentations, seminar announcements, and counsellor connect. Coordinate with school authorities for event permissions and follow-up meetings. Execute tie-up activities and promote our workshops (Memory, Mindfulness, Career Guidance, Exam Success Programs, etc.). 2. Event Promotion & ExecutionSet up promotional stalls, banners, standees, and digital displays. Address students & parents confidently to communicate benefits of our programs. Ensure smooth execution of school events, workshops, and scholarship campaigns. Support in organizing large-scale events like orientation, parent seminars, and counselling drives. 3. Lead Generation & Data ManagementGenerate daily student and parent leads through activities & events. Collect, verify, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets. Coordinate with counsellors & sales team for timely follow-ups and conversions. 4. Branding & PromotionDistribute brochures, pamphlets, and marketing material. Promote institute initiatives like competitive exam prep, T-30 batches, scholarship schemes, etc. Maintain professional behaviour and high-quality communication at all events. Required Skills & Qualifications12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream). Excellent communication & presentation skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred). Confident, outgoing, and student-friendly personality. Experience in field marketing or event promotion is an added advantage. Ability to travel extensively for school visits and outreach activities.
