Event Promoter

MCI India is looking for energetic, self-driven Event Promoter to join us as freelancers for an exciting 2-month multi-city project. Project Duration - 2 months

Starting from – 5th Jan 2026 till End March.

Campaign Type – Multicity (Starts from Delhi and will cover major cities within India)

Travel Mode – By Road via Campaign Bus (Volvo) and a Tempo Traveller which will accompany to all cities.

Accommodation & Meal – On the go in hotels as per the planned route. (for the team on the bus). This will be managed by the company.

Training and Brief on Project – Before the road show begins, there will be a briefing given to the entire team travelling for the project.

Travel – Person will be travelling continuously for 2 months with the customized bus

Male Promoters (Event-Experienced)

• Engage with visitors and audiences at each city stop.
• Assist with on-ground event management, crowd handling, and client interaction.
• Support the technical team in setting up and maintaining the experience zone inside the bus.
• Handle all technical aspects inside the bus including TVs, LED panels, networking systems, and electrical components.
• Conduct pre-event technical checks at each city.
• Troubleshoot any AV or power issues during operations.
• Coordinate with backend technical vendors for maintenance or replacements when required.
• Represent the client in a professional manner and ensure brand visibility standards are maintained.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
