Company Description Voiceworx, an event management firm based in Kolkata, excels in handling a wide range of events primarily in East India, with occasional Pan-India projects. Since its shift to full-time events in January 2008, Voiceworx has managed corporate events including product launches, award ceremonies, branding initiatives, dealer meets, and more. Additionally, Voiceworx organizes diverse events from fashion shows to street fests and exhibitions to sports camps. The company also runs Cleanworx, a CSR wing for socially motivated campaigns and is venturing into the wedding industry through Weddingworx. Our esteemed clients include The Telegraph, Star TV, TOI, Shree Venkatesh Films, Yamaha Motors, and Aircel, among others. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Manager located in Kolkata. The Event Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event budgets, supervising the event team, and ensuring all event logistics are covered. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Experience in Production Management and Event Production Strong skills in Event Planning and Coordination Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Management Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not binding Show more Show less
