Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Event Planner role located in Rohini. The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, including business conferences, weddings, and social gatherings. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, creating event timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution. The role also involves ensuring that events meet and exceed client expectations, troubleshooting on-site, and maintaining a high level of service quality throughout the event.

Qualifications

• Event planning and coordination skills, including experience with scheduling, budgeting, and managing timelines
• Client relationship management and strong communication skills to interface with clients and vendors effectively
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in tools or software for event management and documentation purposes
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and prior experience in event or banquet management roles
• Ability to work on-site at the hotel location and flexible to adapt to changing requirements and event schedules
• Educational background in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred
