From corporate gatherings and product launches to private celebrations, our team delivers excellence in every detail. We're now looking for a Junior Executive – Event Planner to join our passionate and dynamic events team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers Prepare event timelines, checklists, and budget trackers Support senior team members during onsite event management Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event communication Research event trends, suppliers, and creative ideas Provide administrative support, including documentation and follow-ups What We're Looking For A degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
