Role: Event Outreach & Social Media Intern

Stipend will be paid

Event Outreach Intern

drive targeted audience participation

Role & responsibilities

Conduct research to identify relevant professionals and target attendees for the Financial Market Event
Perform personalised LinkedIn outreach to potential attendees
Draft and send cold email campaigns to promote the event
Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and email to encourage registration
Maintain an organised outreach tracker and follow-up system

Preferred candidate profile

Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand and identify target profiles.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in using
LinkedIn
, email platforms (e.g. Gmail, Outlook), and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail, especially in written communication and outreach personalization.
Interest in events, marketing, or the financial services industry is a plus.
