Job Description

Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job Execute all events & promotional activities conducted within / outside the mall & responsible for generating the buzz & footfalls into the Centre to achieve budgeted revenues. Requirement: Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling entertainment events like - live concerts, F&B related events etc. Key Responsibilities Execute events & promotions and update with necessary feedbacks Coordinate with retailers during events and promotions Ensure adherence to mall SOPs while executing the events Execute CSR events to bring goodwill Ensure all events and promotions conducted are within the legal frame work. Ensures that customers experiences high standard of quality of event Shall co-ordinate with the Liaison department for all license related documents / activities for the event Shall co-ordinate with Finance department for billing and payments Shall co-ordinate with Operations department for event related activities
