Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Design, plan and execute marketing events to promote academic programs and drive student enrolment. · Organize education fairs, open days, info sessions in collaboration with schools, colleges and industry partners. · Manage logistics, venue booking, vendor coordination, and budget control. · Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to generate leads and convert event footfall into enrolments. · Track ROI of events based on lead generation, engagement, and conversions. · Prepare post-event reports with performance metrics and insights. · Collaborate with the digital and content marketing teams to create promotional campaigns around events. · Develop event-specific collateral (flyers, brochures, banners, presentations). · Engage with local media and community partners to increase outreach. · Liaise with academic institutions, education consultants, corporate and government bodies. · Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners. · Lead and train on-ground event staff and volunteers. · Assign responsibilities and ensure seamless execution during events Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). · 6–8 years of proven experience in event management, preferably in the education industry. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines. · Willingness to travel frequently for events and outreach programs. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with higher education admission cycles and student admission strategies. · Creative mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities.
