Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute large-scale MICE events from concept to completion. Work closely with clients to understand objectives and tailor event experiences accordingly. Create detailed project plans, timeline, and execution strategies. 1) Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop event budgets and ensure cost control without compromising quality. Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to optimize costs. Monitor expenses and provide post-event financial reports.2) Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Identify and collaborate with top vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Build strong relationships with hotels, convention centers, AV providers, and other event partners. Ensure timely execution of deliverable and service-level agreements. 3) On-Site Event Management: 4)Oversee all logistics, including setup, registration, branding, and guest experience. Manage on-site teams, including production crews, catering, and event staff. Troubleshoot and handle last-minute challenges to ensure smooth execution. Marketing & Branding Support: 5)Work closely with the marketing team for event promotions, branding, and sponsorship. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and event aesthetics. Leverage digital tools and social media for pre- and post-event engagement.
