Their job involves the following responsibilities : 1. Planning : Event Managers are responsible for developing and implementing event plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. 2. Marketing : Event Managers develop and execute marketing plans to promote the event and attract attendees. 3. Risk management : Event Managers identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them, including weather-related issues, security concerns, and other potential disruptions. 4. Team management : Event Managers lead and manage event teams, including vendors, contractors, and volunteers. 5. Post-event evaluation : Event Managers evaluate the success of the event and develop recommendations for future events.
