Roles and Responsibilities:Client Communication for Vogue: Schedule calls with brides/guests (11 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Sat) to understand their needs and check eligibility from the data provided.Profile Research & Notes: Review brides/guests social media and maintain updated notes after each interaction.Follow-Ups & Messaging: Send polite, brand-aligned follow-ups, answer queries, and keep clients updated on next steps.Appointments & Scheduling: Confirm designer appointments and services, assist with calendar coordination and concierge servicesProfessional Conduct: Keep client information confidential, ask for clarification when needed, and follow provided scripts.End-of-Day Summary: Submit a daily report with completed tasks, pending actions, and client notes by end of day.* Please note that the responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on the needs of the team and company.
