Role and Responsibilities : What You'll Be Doing: 1. Community Vibes: Engage in meaningful conversations within our exclusive Gen Z groupsdiscuss whats trending and what matters to you. Build and nurture relationships with colleges across India to enhance our campaigns. 2. Content Creation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and share insights on social media trends. Collaborate with our content team to create engaging content for our community. 3. Event Magic: Assist in planning and executing memorable events online and offline. Curate the event, plug-in the brand, and execute it. 4. Feedback Guru: Gather feedback from our community to understand whats working and whats not. Compile feedback reports to help us continually improve. 5. Who You Are: You have strong communication skills (or decent ones—we’re here to help you improve!). You are familiar with social media and online communities. Basic data skills are a plus (if not, we’ll teach you!). 6. Bonus Points If: You have experience in community management.
