Events Coordinator – Banyan Paradise Resort (Vadodara)

Banyan Paradise Resort is one of Vadodara’s premier venues for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events. With multiple banquets, sprawling lawns, and a strong reputation for hospitality, we take pride in curating memorable experiences for our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
• Create and present decor concepts/PPTs as per client needs.
• Liaise with vendors (decor, catering, technical, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in planning and overseeing weddings, social events, and corporate functions hosted at the resort.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva/other presentation tools (basic knowledge is fine).
• Ability to multitask and manage client/vendor interactions effectively.
• Prior event management experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
