Event Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event Co ordinator to join our team to organize, manage, plan, initiate innovative ideas and to lead a successful event.

Role Description

1. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution, ensuring all details are considered and executed.

2. Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs are within agreed-upon limits.

3. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audiovisual technicians, to ensure timely delivery of services.

4. Timeline Management: Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

5. Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.

6. Logistics: Arrange for event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodations.

7. Event Execution: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

8. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during events and find solutions quickly.

9. Documentation: Create event documentation, including contracts, timelines, and event reports.

10. Client Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
