Role Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join us in Pune part-time, per-event basis. You’ll help us plan and run awesome events that leave people smiling. From coordinating logistics and talking to vendors, to making sure everything runs smoothly on the event da you’ll be right at the heart of the action. You’ll also work closely with the team and participants to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Qualifications

• Some experience with event planning or coordination is a plus (but not a dealbreaker!)
• Great communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to others and helping out
• Comfortable building relationships and promoting events
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks during events
• Ready to adapt and jump in wherever needed
