Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator at our company, your role involves supporting the team in planning and executing events effectively. You will need a valid driving license along with experience in handling both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles for event logistics and coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day coordination and execution of events. - Handle on-ground logistics, including vendor coordination, material pickup/drop, and site visits. - Support the event team in setup, dismantling, and ensuring smooth operations. - Manage transportation of event materials using 2-wheeler/4-wheeler as required. - Ensure timely delivery of items and maintain proper communication with vendors/clients. - Provide administrative and operational support to the event team. Requirements: - Minimum 12 years of experience in event coordination or operations (freshers with driving experience can also apply). - Valid driving license for 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler. - Strong time management and multitasking skills. - Good communication and coordination ability. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules. Preferred Skills: - Basic knowledge of event setups and logistics. - Problem-solving attitude and team player.
