Job Title: Event Executive Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Department: Events / Marketing Reporting To: Event Manager / Senior Event Executive About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Executive Intern to assist in the planning and execution of various Medical events. This internship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish Support in venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics Prepare event materials, signage, and giveaways Communicate with clients, partners, and suppliers Help manage event registration, guest lists, and RSVPs On-site support during events (setup, coordination, breakdown) Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports Maintain event documentation and databases Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Creative mindset with attention to detail Flexible to work on weekends or evenings if needed Passion for events and a willingness to learn What You'll Gain: Real-world experience in managing and executing events Exposure to industry professionals and vendors Development of organizational, planning, and communication skills Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completionSkill(s) requiredEvent Management Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 6th Jun'25 and 11th Jul'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
