Event Coordinator

Immersive Exhibits

Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA (Depending on experience & skills)

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day exhibition/event coordination
• Support designers, production teams, and vendors
• Follow up with clients for files, approvals, and updates
• Coordinate branding, printing, and logistics tasks
• Maintain documentation, project sheets, and timelines
• Provide on-ground support during exhibitions (when needed)
• Learn and assist with the end-to-end exhibition process
• Travel to events, exhibitions, vendor locations, and client sites when required
  

Requirements

• Interest in events/exhibitions
• Freshers encouraged to apply
• Strong communication & follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp coordination)
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Traveling is mandatory as part of the job
