IREX is a renowned event in the international real estate and immigration industry having conducted 23 editions in various cities in India & Dubai. We are hiring an Event Coordinator for assisting in

event execution & coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all operational aspects of event execution - exhibitor
• requirements, branding, logistics, and setup.
• Coordinate with venue teams, vendors, and service providers to
• ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage exhibitor communications, documentation, and deadlines.
• Act as the single point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in exhibitions, operations, or real estate
• marketing.
• Excellent verbal and email communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excel & Word
