As an Event Coordinator & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing birthday parties/events and supporting marketing activities. You will be required to: - Coordinate and execute in-house and outdoor birthday parties/events. - Meet clients, plan themes, decor, entertainment, and manage event-day operations. - Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and client follow-ups. - Manage online & offline marketing activities. - Handle social media marketing including content creation, posting, engagement, and event promotions. - Support brand visibility through collaborations and promotional campaigns. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in event coordination (kids events preferred). - Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills. - Creative mindset with basic knowledge of Canva or editing apps. - Flexible availability for weekends/evenings; friendly and energetic personality.
