We’re now looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-friendly Event Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute birthday parties, corporate events & weekend activities.
• Coordinate with parents, vendors, mascots, activity staff, and cafe team.
• Ensure smooth flow of the event from entry to exit.
• Handle client expectations, queries, and on-ground requirements.
• Lead kids’ games, engagement activities, and transitions between zones.
• Maintain BotFit’s quality standards, safety, and event checklists.
• Take feedback from clients and work towards continuous improvement.
• Support in daily operations during non-event hours.
