Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Chennai. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event planning and execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients to understand event requirements, managing logistics and vendor relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering events that exceed expectations. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet event objectives and ensure the success of the overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills, with the ability to handle logistics, budgeting, and execution.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional event experiences.
• Proficiency in Sales is beneficial, including the ability to identify opportunities and promote event services to potential clients.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Prior experience in event coordination is preferred but not required if relevant skills are demonstrated.
• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
