Role description: We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (Full-time, Remote) who can plan, design and execute campaigns that drive visibility, interest and lead generation for our legal events and initiatives. What you’ll do: Create and manage targeted B2B email campaigns for different goals - lead generation, brand visibility and engagement Handle both free and paid campaign tools Build automated workflows using AI-based tools (is a plus) Segment audiences and personalize communication to boost open and conversion rates Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly Design compelling email layouts and creatives What we’re looking for: Proven experience in email marketing Good understanding of B2B audience behaviour and bulk campaigns Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and workflow automation Basic design skills for campaign creatives Event marketing experience is preferred Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus Someone proactive, data-driven and accountable Ensure strong deliverability and compliance (your emails should land in inboxes, not spam) If you know how to make emails that not only reach inboxes but also generate real action, we’d love to hear from you.
